I got to know some of the shamanic wisdom through Irène Zumsteg. She introduced me in a very respectful manner to the background of this knowledge, also explaining her approach and what I could expect of a session in general. In particular, I remember that at some time my self-consciousness was rather low and that Irène passed these beautiful messages from my female ancestors.
